Every property listed on Infra Lobby undergoes a multi-layer verification check. Our field team verifies physical location, legal title deeds, owner identity, and RERA registration compliance. Verified listings carry the blue "Verified" badge.
Click on the "Post Property" button in the top navigation bar, select your role (Owner, Broker, or Builder), enter property specifications, location, price, and photos. Your listing will go live after our instant verification review.
On any property detail page, click "Schedule Site Visit", choose your preferred date and time slot. Our relationship manager will coordinate directly with you and the owner for a guided walkthrough.
Direct owner listings carry 0% brokerage fees. For partner broker listings, all standard fees are transparently disclosed before any deal execution.
You can click the heart icon on any property card to add it to your wishlist. When logged in, saved properties sync across devices and allow you to compare prices and specs easily.
